2025 Year in Review

This past year, we made important investments in the foundation’s growth and compliance. These included legal and registration fees in both the U.S. and Nigeria to ensure our operations are fully compliant, as well as retaining legal counsel in Nigeria. We also invested in essential infrastructure and technology, including creating our website, establishing a virtual office, setting up a company phone, and maintaining professional software subscriptions. These foundational investments increased our administrative costs in 2025, but they were necessary steps that strengthen our efficiency, transparency, and ability to deliver on our mission while ensuring that all donations to our foundation are fully tax-deductible for our generous supporters.

2025 HIGHLIGHTS

• 55 school bags distributed to children in the community of Kubwa, Abuja

• Over 2,000 people in Lagos and Abuja fed in food drives led by Dr. Sina

• 140 students provided with writing materials, calculators, math sets and textbooks in a Back-To-School Drive facilitated by Dr. Sina

• While not an official SEEN activity, it is worth noting that Dickson used his social media presence to help crowd-fund over $60,000 to pay for a woman’s cancer treatment and over $30,000 for a man’s corrective leg surgery.
